Everts Air Fuel use DC-6 and C-46 aircraft equipped with fuselage tanks carrying all types of fuel mainly emanating from Fairbanks and Kenai. They can carry anything from 2000-5000 gallons of fuel and even a mix of fuel on the same flight, using a venting schedule to ensure that the separate tanks contain no residue before being filled with different kinds of fuel. Aviation, motor and heating are just some of the examples carried to the furthest outreaches of Alaska where ground transport is simply not possible or viable.
