IFL - don't get me started... after numerous phone calls to IFL and being told each time that the person I needed to speak to was not available to gain permission to photograph on the ramp, time ran out and I turned up. There I met THE most obnoxious and rude staff that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

I was simply told "9/11". Yeah great-get out clause (it's called lazy), and the whole time the woman didn't even have the maners to turn around and even look at me!

If you don't want anyone there, why couldn't you tell me this on the phone?
